Fat transfer is done in a few stages. First, a small amount of fat is gently removed from an area such as the abdomen or thighs, using a technique similar to liposuction. The fat is then processed and prepared, before being reintroduced into the target area through fine injections, building the volume gradually and evenly. The approach and the amount transferred are planned around your features and goals, and the details, including the type of anaesthetic used, are explained at your consultation.
On the face it is commonly used for the cheeks and mid-face, temples, under-eye hollows, chin and lips, and it can add subtle volume elsewhere. What suits you is confirmed at your consultation.
A considered approach to aesthetics begins with expert guidance.
