Delivery & Returns


Verve Cosmetic Clinic offers free shipping on all orders with a payment over $100 for Australia customers. For orders that are $100 and under there is a shipping fee of $11. Should you need to return your purchase for any reason, please note that this postal cost is non-refundable.

All orders are sent by Australia Post. All deliveries to PO boxes are sent via Australia Post.

Delivery Terms and Policy

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched and a maximum of 5 working days for delivery from the dispatch date. This does not include weekends, public holidays and the 22nd December – 9th January as our clinic is closed.

We highly encourage you to have your parcel sent to your work address or other suitable daytime delivery address to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. If your address includes a level please ensure you provide us with the company name. If your company name is not provided, this will result in the dispatch of your order being delayed.


Please send all returns to: Suite 1, 202 Jersey Road Woollahra.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or refund on full price, unopened and unused merchandise returned to our online store within 30 days of the order date.

How to return your order

Returned merchandise should be in the original condition as when it was received, this includes the box it came in. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Verve Cosmetic Clinic recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our Clinic. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Verve Cosmetic Clinic will not be held accountable for any losses.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your order has been received at our Clinic your return request will be processed within 1 – 2 working days.

You will receive email confirmation from us either stating that your exchange has been dispatched or your refund has been processed.

For refunds please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.


To return merchandise for a refund, please send the merchandise back to: Suite 1, 202 Jersey Road, Woollahra via registered post. Please fill out your order details on your returns slip and what you are after. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
