Lime Light Facial/IPL
Living in Australia means that the majority of us spend our days outside in the sun, especially during the summer. The hours we spend in the sun can produce a glorious tan, but over time, sun damage contributes greatly to the development of fine lines and areas of pigmentation.

The Cutera LimeLight delivers a non-invasive light treatment that can be customised for different skin tones and ageing skin conditions. The result is an exceptionally successful skin revitalization treatment with minimal discomfort.

The LimeLight Facial is ideal for any part of your face, neck and décolleté with skin redness, tiny veins, or brown spots.

How does it work?
Pulses of light are delivered to the skins surface and it is the heating of the pigmented brown or red cells that causes the therapeutic effect.

Side effects?
Following treatment, brown spots will start to darken and your skin may appear slightly red. The skin will have a similar feel to being sun burnt.

What results can I expect to see?
Within one to three weeks, the darkened spots will flake off and fade. Diffuse redness or small veins will decrease and the complexion will be more even.

How many treatments will I need?
One to three treatments are usually sufficient to see results. Additional treatments may be recommended especially for excessively sun-damaged skin. You need to remember to always apply broad spectrum sunscreen to minimise sun damage and the appearance of new areas of pigmentation and photodamage.
